HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We provide free shipping for all orders above S$ 90. For orders under S$ 90 shipping costs are S$ 7 for standard delivery. Shipping time inside Singapore 1-3 days, Malaysia 2-5 days.
TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES
Ordering to a destination outside of Singapore additional taxes and duties may apply upon receipt of your order. For all orders to Malaysia above RM500 a 10% custom duty will be added automatically on the checkout page.
RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days as from receipt of the order. Only products that are unopened/unused and contained in unbroken/undamaged packages can be returned. Items purchased on sale may not be returned. We will reimburse you the amount paid for relevant products and original delivery costs within 3 days from receiving such returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that it might take longer for the refund to be received on your account as transfers between payment systems can take longer. The consumer bears relevant delivery costs upon product returns. The seller will not reimburse the costs of a return delivery. Please note that TheCandledust-Asia will not reimburse any customs duties if such duties have been paid upon product returns.
